Kelly Ann Winget is an innovative, emerging manager in the private equity space, and the founder of Alternative Wealth Partners, a Dallas-based private equity firm focused on blended portfolios of alternative assets. Hailing from a fifth-generation oil and gas family, Kelly's upbringing exposed her to diverse groups early on. From working at a car wash at 15 to managing valet teams, radiology offices, demolition crews, tanning salons, and bounce houses, Kelly consistently sought out challenges that expanded her horizons. Her experience in blue-collar roles and male-dominated sectors uniquely equips her to empathize with others' experiences. As a savvy business consultant, Kelly effectively secured capital for startups, oil and gas firms, manufacturing ventures, and real estate. With nearly $1 billion raised for family offices through modest investments, she witnessed exclusive access to wealth-generating opportunities and resolved to democratize such access. Founded in 2020, Alternative Wealth Partners aims to democratize investments and financial education. Kelly's sharp intellect and dedication drive her to redirect funds from financial frivolity to impactful ventures. Her approachability and open-mindedness set her apart, fostering meaningful conversations and informed decision-making. As the force behind AWP, Kelly is committed to enhancing financial understanding. AWP offers diverse funds, from fully varied private equity to tax-advantaged energy and real estate investments. With two successful funds managed and a third launching soon, Kelly challenges norms, showing success through genuine connections and diverse portfolios. Beyond profits, Kelly empowers investors to influence their communities. Her revolutionary investment approach has garnered a dedicated following from all walks of life. Meet April Wedding, a fitness-turned-financial trailblazer on a mission to break barriers and empower underrepresented folks to build generational wealth. April is committed to educating investors about the variety of assets available in alternative investing, and connecting capital to the right opportunities for investors to see the direct impact of their dollars. Born in East Texas, April's upbringing instilled unwavering dedication and discipline, drawn from her father's role as a Sergeant Major in the army and her mother's career as an Electrical Engineer. April's fitness journey began after a life-altering knee injury. Her own struggles ignited a desire to empower others to embrace self-confidence and develop a healthy mind-body connection. Although April faced challenges as a Black female in the fitness industry, often being overlooked for opportunities and promotions, her unwavering spirit led her to thrive as a fitness trainer and manager, where she successfully scaled several gyms for profit and sale. As her career evolved, April recognized the need for financial education for minority populations, and realized she could have an even greater impact by sharing this knowledge with others from a similar background. April delved into the world of finance, applying her business savvy towards raising millions in capital, quickly excelling as a top producer. April is an engaged community member, supporting causes like the Boys and Girls Club and Dallas CASA. Her proudest role is that of a devoted mother; brought up as a latchkey kid, April cherishes the opportunity to be present in her daughter's life during these crucial years. Looking ahead, April aspires to become a Co-GP with a focus on influencing nationwide logistics. As a life-long learner and relationship cultivator, she remains dedicated to opening doors for others who face similar barriers and encouraging women and minorities to take control of their financial futures.

Meet Bora Laci, a strategic, systems-level thinker, and partnership cultivator, who manages relationships at all levels to influence positive change. With a background that seamlessly blends marketing and consulting, Bora is dedicated to fostering impactful growth and building strong, meaningful relationships. Born in Albania, she immigrated with her family to the United States in 1996 and later graduated with a B.A. in Corporate Communications and Public Affairs from Southern Methodist University (SMU) and an MBA focused on Finance and Strategy from SMU’s Cox School of Business, which is where her love for relationship building and learning how to grow and develop companies began. Throughout her career, Bora has honed her expertise in reporting and analytics, customer and stakeholder engagement, and marketing strategy development. These skills are crucial in identifying and connecting capital with the right opportunities, enabling investors to see the direct impact of their contributions. Bora's experience in process improvement and change management further enhances their ability to drive organizational efficiency and effectiveness, benefiting both investors and the organizations they support. Her strategic skills and organizational analysis enable her to identify successful investment opportunities Bora is actively involved in the Dallas community, where she sits on multiple boards, such as the Alumni of SMU, the DEC, AT&T Performing Arts Center, and the Dallas Business Club. Bora was named a 20 under 40 honoree in Park Cities in 2022 and was part of the Communities Foundation of Texas’s Emerging Leaders in Philanthropy and Leadership ISD.

Meet Macy Pigman, a connector and innovator with a career trajectory distinguished by a rich blend of experiences across various high-impact industries, making her uniquely adept at showcasing the transformative potential of investments. Raised in Fort Worth, TX, Macy pursued her academic passions at Vanderbilt University, where she majored in Human and Organizational Development and Spanish, with a minor in Corporate Strategy. Her professional journey began in the prestigious fine and rare wine auction world at Christie's in New York City. In this role, she excelled in buyer relations, expertly valuing wine collections, and orchestrating exclusive wine dinners across the globe. Her ability to cultivate relationships with wine investors and her keen eye for value made her an invaluable asset in this luxury market. Transitioning from the world of wine to the dynamic landscape of startups, Macy played a pivotal role in the brand strategy development for Dirt Kitchen Snacks, a better-for-you snack company. She was instrumental in launching this innovative CPG brand, leveraging her marketing acumen to successfully bring the new product to market. Macy further expanded her expertise in the tech sector with BrewARy, a startup focused on utilizing AI and AR technology to enhance retail shelf visibility for CPG products. Her deep understanding of brand building and new technology applications allowed her to drive significant advancements in market presence. Her background in both the startup ecosystem and sales investments equips her with a unique perspective on maximizing investor impact. She excels at articulating how strategic investments can yield substantial returns and drive innovation. Her lifelong dedication to her own personal finance literacy, especially for women, underscores her commitment to helping others build generational wealth. Beyond her professional commitments, Macy dedicates her time to the Nashville Wine Auction, a non-profit organization committed to fighting cancer in Middle Tennessee. As a creative consultant, she utilizes her extensive wine knowledge to facilitate the sale of luxury wines and dinners, contributing to the organization's noble cause. After many years in NYC, Macy moved to Denver, Colorado to pursue her passion for all things outdoors. She hosts regular wine tastings, goes skiing, hiking, and biking, and spends time in the bustling Denver food scene
